How do I book? Tap the WhatsApp button on any activity page — the message arrives pre-filled. I confirm availability and your exact price, and you're booked. No account, no card details on this site.
When do I pay? On the day, directly to the operator, in dirhams or euros. A few high-ticket bookings (multi-day Sahara tours, private charters in peak season) ask for a small deposit to hold the date — if so, I'll tell you clearly before you commit, and it's always paid to the operator, never to me.
Can I cancel? Life happens. Most activities can be cancelled or moved free of charge with 24-48 hours' notice. Weather cancellations (balloon, boat) always mean a new date or a full refund. The exact policy is confirmed with your quote.
On the day
Pick-ups: nearly every activity includes hotel pick-up in Agadir; Taghazout and Tamraght pick-ups are included or available for a small supplement. Your exact pick-up time is confirmed the day before.
What to wear: each activity page has specifics, but the universal kit is suncream, closed shoes for anything with engines or camels, and a light layer — the Atlantic breeze is real even in summer.
Safety: I only list operators with maintained equipment, insurance and proper safety kit. Activities follow the guide's instructions and your own common sense, and travel insurance covering activities is always a sensible thing to have.

Yes — everything is agreed in writing before you commit: activity, date, pick-up time and exact price. You pay the operator on the day, so there's no payment risk in advance.
It depends on the activity — quad buggies and private boats are per vehicle or per boat, most tours and lessons are per person. Every price table on this site says which, and your WhatsApp quote spells it out again.
English-speaking guides are available for every activity I list — that's part of my checklist. French is universal, and several operators also offer German or Spanish.
Yes — families, stag and hen groups, and corporate groups are welcome. Larger groups often get better per-person prices, especially on private boats and day trips. Message me the numbers and I'll put options together.
