WhatsApp — tap the button on any page and the message is pre-filled for that activity. It's the quickest route to a quote and the easiest way to keep everything in one thread: questions, confirmed price, pick-up time, driver details.
Email — fine for longer questions or if you're planning weeks ahead, but expect a slightly slower reply than WhatsApp. Either way, it's me answering, not an assistant.
What to include in your first message
The more you tell me, the faster I can help. Ideal first message: which activity (or 'not sure yet, here's what we like'), your dates or rough window, how many of you (adults and children), and where you're staying. If you're asking about something weather-dependent — balloon, boat, surf — give me a second-choice date if you have one. And if you simply want to know what's worth doing in your three free days, ask exactly that; it's my favourite question.
