What you can catch, and when
Peak season runs May to October. Summer brings bonito, barracuda and dorado within range of half-day trips; the bigger game — bluefin tuna, white marlin, swordfish — is a full-day proposition when they're running. Bottom fishing over the reefs produces bream, grouper and amberjack year-round, and it's the most reliable fun if the offshore bite is slow.

You get the fun of catching mackerel off the side, a swim and a grilled lunch, with no pressure. Charter boats are for people who specifically want the sport: early start, real tackle, and the chance of something that fights back properly.
What to bring and how to book
Hat, suncream, polarised sunglasses if you have them, and a windproof layer — it's cooler offshore. All tackle, bait and permits are included in the charters I arrange. Tell me your dates, how many anglers, and whether you want a half or full day, and I'll confirm availability and price on WhatsApp. If conditions look wrong for your day, I'll tell you and we'll move it.
